When I decided Beau needed a friend to play with and keep him company, I searched everywhere. I checked the Internet and came across many fantastic sites for Yorkies. One of the most important of these was the site created by Eric Newman for his Yorkie named Shooter (Shooter's Dog House). What a fantastic Yorkie Home Page! You must visit that site even if you don't have Yorkies. Even if you don't have dogs at all!!! I emailed Eric and he was nice enough to put me in touch with several breeders in this area. I went and picked up my little Delta the very next day.

When I first got Delta home, Beau loved her instantly. But she was much too young to return the love the way he wanted it returned. Two days later, Beau was neutered. I don't think I need to say anything more about that!

Beau and Delta bonded quickly. They played constantly. Finally, I was able to get some rest!

Beau taught Delta the 'real' way to play "Tug-of-War" is just to hang on and get dragged all over the place from room to room for hours on end. She did that real well, both of them growling at the same time.

Sometimes they would even let me play!

Life with 2 Yorkies was just great. When Denny went to Germany for a vacation, I took Beau, Delta, Bunny and Darla to a photographer to have their photo taken. I think the photos turned out great!

Delta's breeder didn't tell me about Delta's special 'talent'.

I learned about that after I got her home.

Delta can sing!

She sings me a song every day when I come home from work.

When you go and listen to Delta's Song, please be assured I am not torturing this beautiful little girl.

This is just her way of saying;

"I love you and I missed you, so don't ever leave me again ! ! !"
